We had a low offer within a week, and Andrew advised us to turn it down (which can be risky) Several weeks later we received an offer about $15k higher!

Andrew went above and beyond for us on the sale of the property. He finished up some remodel & paint work that the contractor failed to finish, as well as some other electrical work inside.

Her sign was up at the property that we were inquiring about. She was not available at the time but her husband came directly over when we inquired about seeing the initial condo that we wanted to see. He was very friendly and said if we needed to see anything else just let either one of them know. We went back on a later date to the area and meet with Bonnie this time and she was very friendly as well and knowledgeable about this property and other properties that we wanted to look at. Both Bonnie and Paul took a lot of time showing us places and never hurried us or pushed us to make a decision. Bother were very knowledgeable and helpful when inquirin about properties and if they didn't know the property they found out and let us know very quickly.

Again I feel she went above and beyond to make sure that everything was covered and help to make sure we understood everything. She was the broker for the seller as well so definately should have been her main concern, but I felt she still worked very hard for us and did what she could to make it all work. She didn't push us in anyway to a property she was selling versus other properties. She wanted to make sure we got what we wanted not necessarily in the best interest for her. I really appreciated that.

Just really helped us in anyway possible. From looking at different properties to closing on the property. Always had ideas where to stay to even where to eat. Just went over and above what I expected from a broker. Just willing to help with things even if we weren't sure we were buying something at this time.
